2016 Pinot Noir
Our Pinot Noir was sourced from Orange, NSW. Hand-picked and fermented in open top fermenters for 10 days, before being gently pressed into 20% new French oak and 70% three-year-old oak for 9 months to mature. This wine has all the hallmarks of Pinot Noir.
